Itinerary
We’ll begin our journey from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park, a drive of about 2½ hours covering 130 km. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy lunch at the lodge before embarking on an afternoon game drive in the park. Lake Manyara National Park is renowned for its stunning location at the base of the Great Rift Valley’s western escarpment. The park’s diverse habitat supports a wide array of wildlife, including elephants, tree-climbing lions, and flocks of flamingos attracted to the algae in the lake.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge, based on your chosen accommodation option.
After breakfast, we’ll depart for the Serengeti National Park, a journey of approximately 6 hours covering 205 km. En route, we’ll pass through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we descend into the Serengeti, we’ll be greeted by its iconic endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. We’ll head to the central Seronera area, renowned for its rich wildlife diversity and the Seronera River, a vital water source attracting a variety of wildlife.
Lunch will be served upon arrival, followed by an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti.

Today offers the opportunity for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: a hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti Plains (available at an additional cost with prior arrangement).
After breakfast, we’ll embark on a game viewing drive along the Sogore River Circuit, offering chances to spot lions, gazelles, topis, ostriches, and cheetahs. Visit the Serengeti Visitor Center to learn more about the park’s wildlife and enjoy a picnic lunch in the shade of acacia trees.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the Kopjes Circuit, renowned for its lion sightings and unique granite outcrops.
Dinner and overnight stay in the Seronera area, based on your chosen accommodation option.
After breakfast, we’ll depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a journey of about 4 hours covering 145 km. En route, we’ll stop at Olduvai Gorge, a historic site where significant archaeological discoveries have been made. Lunch will be served upon arrival at the lodge, followed by leisure time in the afternoon.
Dinner and overnight stay on the crater rim, based on your chosen accommodation option.
After breakfast, we’ll descend 600m into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive.
The crater is home to an abundance of wildlife, including herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffaloes, and elephants, as well as predators like lions, hyenas, and cheetahs.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor amidst the breathtaking scenery.
Dinner and overnight stay on the crater rim, based on your chosen accommodation option.
After breakfast, we’ll depart for Tarangire National Park, a journey of about 3½ hours covering 155 km. Tarangire is known for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife, including rare species like the Greater Kudu and Fringed-eared Oryx.
After a picnic lunch, we’ll embark on an afternoon game drive in the park.
Dinner and overnight stay in the Tarangire National Park area, based on your chosen accommodation option.
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, followed by breakfast at the lodge.
We’ll then transfer back to Arusha, a journey of about 2 hours covering 120 km.
Upon arrival in Arusha, we’ll have lunch before concluding our safari adventure.
