Detailed Itinerary 10 Days Serengeti Migration & Zanzibar Escape
Day 1: Drive to Central Serengeti National Park, Game Drive
Our Tanzania safari guide will pick you up from your hotel of stay in Arusha and, after a short briefing, proceed on a transfer to Serengeti National Park, driving through scenic areas and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Once in the park, enjoy a game drive in the central Serengeti for an amazing wild game encounter. Serengeti National Park animals include the big five animals, wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, and so many more.
Drive to your camp while looking out for wild game still. Check in at the camp and relax. Dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 2-3: Serengeti Migration Safari
Spend these 2 days following the great wildebeest migration. Chance to witness the iconic Mara River crossing and predator action. Punctuated with picnic lunches in the wilderness, Serengeti migration safari game drives will reward you with amazing sightings of wild game. Drive to your camp, dinner and an overnight stay at Mara Bush Camp by Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 4: Game Drive in Northern Serengeti, Overnight in Central Serengeti
Have an early morning game drive in the northern Serengeti yet again, in the quest to witness the iconic Mara River crossing yet again as well as the predator action. Return to the camp, enjoy breakfast and with a packed lunch proceed to transfer to the central Serengeti, all the while enjoying amazing game viewing. Check in at the camp and relax. Dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Tanzania Bush Camp.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater Drive
After an early breakfast check out and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your lunchbox in hand. Spend this full day at the Ngorongoro Crater floor looking for the big five animals and many more animals that reside here. Birds like the pink flamingos in Lake Magadi and many more water birds can also be spotted while on your Ngorongoro Crater drive, which is punctuated with a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. Proceed to drive to your lodge of stay thereafter. Check in and relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay at Hhando Coffee Lodge.

Day 6: Transfer to Arusha, Fly to Zanzibar Island
Have an early breakfast and proceed to Arusha. You will be dropped at the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, our driver will pick you and then proceed to drive to your hotel in Stone Town. Enjoy lunch and a relaxed afternoon at the hotel. Dinner later and an overnight stay is enjoyed at Golden Tulip Hotel.

Day 7: Stone Town, Prison Island and Spice Tour
This popular 3-in-1 day excursion takes you on a historical walk through Stone Town seeing so much and learning; take on a boat trip to the famous Prison Island, where you will see some of the oldest and giant tortoises; and thereafter experience a spice farm tour, learning how different spices are grown. See the plants and trees and taste even if you are interested. Drive later to your new resort on Nungwi Beach, Nungwi Dreams by Mantis.

Day 8: Safari Blue Experience
After an early breakfast today, head out for a full day Safari Blue experience, an activity that has you seeing dolphins, snorkeling and getting to marvel at the underwater world accompanied by a snorkel guide. Have a delicious sea food experience as well as a variety of tropical fruits. Return to the resort lake for dinner and an overnight stay as above.

Day 9: Zanzibar Beach Stay
